By connecting to the server you automatically accept these rules. Not knowing the rules doesn't exempt you from sanctions.
1. General rules
1.1 Respect is mandatory: no serious insults, racism, xenophobia or insults about family, illness or religion.
1.2 No advertising other FiveM servers, Discords or shops, in game, on the panel or on the forum.
1.3 No cheats, macros, trainers, injectors, mod menus or any modification that gives you an advantage. Sanction: permanent ban.
1.4 Buying, selling or lending accounts, money or goods for real money outside the official donation system is forbidden.
1.5 Bug abuse (using a bug to your advantage) = ban. Report bugs in Bugs.
1.6 Never give your password to anyone, not even staff. Staff never asks for your password.

2. Roleplay rules
2.1 Stay in character (IC) while on the server. OOC talk goes on Discord or /ooc where allowed.
2.2 No Powergaming: no impossible actions or abilities and no forcing another player's RP.
2.3 No Metagaming: information from Discord, streams or OOC is not used in game.
2.4 Value of Life: value your character's life. When threatened at gunpoint, you comply.
2.5 No RDM (killing without an RP reason) and no VDM (hitting people with a car on purpose).
2.6 New Life Rule: after death you forget the events that led to it and don't return to the area for 30 minutes.
2.7 Combat Logging (disconnecting during active RP) is punished with a temporary ban.
2.8 No Cop Baiting: don't provoke the police just to be chased, without RP context.

3. Robberies, hostages and safe zones
3.1 A major robbery (bank, jewelry store) requires the minimum number of police announced in game.
3.2 You can't take a player hostage without an RP reason; hostages are treated with OOC respect.
3.3 Service vehicles (police, ambulance, mechanic) are not stolen without an approved RP scenario.
3.4 Safe zones (hospital, city hall, spawn, police station) are weapon-free and robbery-free.
3.5 Robbing a player is limited to reasonable goods; don't take the whole inventory of an AFK player.

4. Factions
4.1 The leader is responsible for their members; repeated abuse leads to sanctions for the whole faction.
4.2 Faction members don't use faction equipment for personal interest (cars, weapons, money).
4.3 Wars between factions are announced and played as RP, not as deathmatch.
4.4 Police and medics can't take part in illegal activities with their on-duty character.
4.5 Recruitments and kicks are done by the leader and can be checked on the panel, on the faction page.

5. Panel, tickets and reports
5.1 Your panel and forum account is strictly personal and used only with your in-game character.
5.2 A report needs proof (clip or screenshot) and the approximate date/time.
5.3 Don't open duplicate tickets or reports.
5.4 Bugs are reported in the Bugs section, not in the in-game chat.
5.5 Insulting staff in a ticket or report leads to it being closed and a sanction.
5.6 Unban requests are filed once every 7 days, with a real explanation.

6. Sanctions
6.1 Warning: minor offences (language, weak RP).
6.2 Kick / jail: RDM, VDM, powergaming.
6.3 Temporary ban 1–7 days: repeat offences, combat logging, metagaming.
6.4 Permanent ban: cheats, serious bug abuse, selling accounts, racism, real threats.
6.5 Staff sanctions are appealed only through Unban requests, not in game.
